Bibb Tool keeps a complete sharpening shop to fully serve our customers. The shop can sharpen high speed steel and carbide tipped saw blades, dado sets, groovers, cold saw blades, router bits, end mills, drill bits, planer and chipper knives, shaper cutters, slugger bits, or rotabroaches, boring bits, and hole saws. We also re-tip blades, chippers, and groovers as needed.

Our process:

Your tools are carefully inspected for defects, such as fractures, before sharpening.

Our industrial water-cooled and computer-guided sharpening machine ensures the most precise operation for sharpening exact edges on your saw blades.

Finally, sharp edges are spun through our protective wax coating to shield them during return shipping and to protect you when you unpack your tools.

How to Get Your Blades Sharpened:

Step 1 - Please download and print these, fill them out, and send with your shipment:

• Customer Information Sheet

Step 2 - Pack your blades with the sheets above. Use stiff material, such as cardboard, between saw blades to prevent the tips from scratching.

Step 3 - Ship to Bibb Tool and Cutter, 2770 Roff Ave., Macon, GA 31204.

Step 4 - We'll inspect what you sent, check for tip damage, and call you to confirm total cost and payment.

Step 5 - Your tools are sharpened and/or re-tipped. They're covered with protective substance and shipped back to you. On-line Special: FREE return UPS shipping
