How does Bibb Tool ship regular packages?

All regular (not oversized) on-line orders are shipped UPS. The shipment options available are:

• Next Day Air
• 2nd Day Air
• Ground
• 3 Day Select

How does Bibb Tool handle freight shipments?

Oversized (more than 75.00 lbs.) orders are shipped by a variety of freight shippers, including:

• UPS Freight (formerly Overnite)
• Southeastern Freight Lines
• Con-way (formerly CNF)
• Central Freight
• SAIA
• R+L Carriers
• USF Holland
• Yellow Freight
• Roadway Express

Does it cost any extra to ship freight to my home/residence?

If a freight shipment is NOT being delivered to a business in a commercial district, a Residential Delivery Fee will apply (see below). In addition, you are responsible for off-loading the pallet(s) yourself. If you need the driver to lower your shipment to the ground, a liftgate fee will apply (see below). You are responsible for adding the appropriate fees to your order during checkout.

Additional fees:

• Liftgate Fee: $90.00
• Residential Delivery Fee: $60.00

What are the conditions on Free Freight Items?

Some large items are marked "FREE FREIGHT" as an additional promotion. In order to have your shipment delivered for free, you must meet ONE of the following requirements:

1. You are shipping it to a commercial district AND you have either an unloading dock or a forklift to off-load the pallet yourself
2. OR you can pick it up at the nearest carrier terminal

If you must have the freight shipment delivered to a residence and/or you must have the freight off-loaded for you, additional charges will apply. For the best service and fastest order processing, call us at 1-800-996-2442.

How long will it take from the time I place my order until it is shipped?

In-stock items will be shipped the next day for orders placed before 12:00 p.m. (Orders after noon will be shipped the next day)

Any order containing out-of-stock items will be split into two shipments. You will not be charged for any additional packages.

Many out of stock items can be shipped directly from the manufacturer; however, some items may take 7-10 days to bring in.

Could my shipment be split into two or more packages?

If one order cannot be shipped in one package, the items may be split between two or more packages. You will not be charged for any additional packages that are shipped.

What is your returns process?

All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, after which we will process a credit on the credit card used in the purchase. A return request must be made before you send back the item. You may make a return request by calling 1-800-996-2422. It may take take 2-3 days to process a return request.
